Welcome to the website of the Prydniprovskyi Metallurgical Applied College.

The Prydniprovskyi Metallurgical Applied College is one of the largest educational institutions in the region, founded in 1930 to train personnel for industrial enterprises of the region. It is the only educational institution in Ukraine that trains specialists only at the expense of the state budget. Throughout its history, the VET institution has changed its name and structure several times, expanding the range of specialties in accordance with the needs of industry.

Today, it is a leading educational institution in its region that trains qualified specialists who meet the modern challenges of the labor market, especially during the reconstruction of the country. The institution trains specialists of professional junior bachelor's degree (corresponding to level 5 of the National Qualifications Framework).

👨‍🏫 Teaching Staff

High-quality teaching staff is the key to students' success. This is a team of professionals who systematically implement new technologies and teaching methods.

  • Highest qualification category: 29 individuals (including 13 "teacher-methodologists" and 1 candidate of technical sciences)
  • First qualification category: 10 individuals
  • Second qualification category: 12 individuals
  • Specialists: 8 individuals

All teaching staff holds higher education degrees and regularly advances their qualifications.

🎓 Students

Today, the institution provides educational services to 815 education seekers.

Our students actively engage in scientific research, regional charity events, and have an established system of student self-governance.

Notable Achievement: In 2025, members of the student parliament became finalists in the grant competition "Workshops for the Development of Student Self-Government Bodies 'aGAIN 3.0'" in the United Nations Development Program.

Agreements on cooperation have been concluded with leading higher education institutions (Dnipro Polytechnic, Central Ukrainian National Technical University, Dnipro State Technical University, KNUCA Institute of Innovative Education) and major industrial enterprises (PJSC "KAMET-STEEL", PJSC "YUZHKOX", PJSC "Oril-Leader").
